Shipping Schedule

Shipments to Okinawa and remote islands may take 7–10 days due to restrictions under the Aviation Law (flammable products must be shipped by sea).

     Orders placed by 12:00 noon on weekdays → Same-day shipping
     After 12:00 → Next-day shipping
     Orders on weekends/holidays → Shipped on the next business day

Returns & Exchanges

If the product is defective or incorrect, the company will cover all shipping costs.
If the product is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately.
We will promptly send a replacement at our expense.
