Payment & Shipping Information

＊We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy seasons or in the event of natural disasters, delivery may take longer due to logistics delays.
＊Shipping schedules may differ during national holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays.

1. Credit Card Payment

The following credit cards are accepted, including affiliated cards:
VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX / Diners / Discover

Payment Timing: Payment is processed at checkout.
Shipping Timing:

  • Weekdays: Orders completed by noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Orders after noon are shipped the next business day.
    Orders after noon on Friday will be shipped after the weekend.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Shipped on the next business day.

2. Mobile Payment

The following mobile payment services are accepted:
PayPay / Merpay / Rakuten Pay

Payment Timing: Processed at checkout.
Shipping Timing:

  • Weekdays: Orders completed by noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Orders after noon are shipped the next business day.
    Orders after noon on Friday will be shipped after the weekend.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Shipped on the next business day.

3. Convenience Store Payment (Japan Only)

Available at: 7-Eleven / FamilyMart / Lawson / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki / Seicomart

※Convenience store payment is available only within Japan.

Payment Deadline: By 23:59, three days after the order date.
Service Fee: ¥190 (paid by the customer).

Payment Timing: Upon completion of payment at the convenience store.
Shipping Timing:

  • Weekdays: Payments confirmed by noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Payments confirmed after noon are shipped the next business day.
    Payments after noon on Friday will be shipped after the weekend.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Shipped on the next business day.

4. Postpaid Payment (Paidy)

No pre-registration or credit card required. Simply enter your email address and mobile number to complete the purchase.
You can pay the following month at a convenience store or bank, either in full or in installments.

Payment Timing: Processed at checkout.
Shipping Timing:

  • Weekdays: Orders completed by noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Orders after noon are shipped the next business day.
    Orders after noon on Friday will be shipped after the weekend.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Shipped on the next business day.

5. Pay-easy Payment

You can pay via internet banking or at an ATM.

Payment Deadline: Within 10 days of order.
Service Fee: ¥190 (paid by the customer).

Payment Timing: Upon completion of Pay-easy payment.
Shipping Timing:

  • Weekdays: Payments confirmed by noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Payments confirmed after noon are shipped the next business day.
    Payments after noon on Friday will be shipped after the weekend.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Shipped on the next business day.

6. Bank Transfer

Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account. Orders will be shipped after payment confirmation.

Payment Deadline: Within one week of order.
Bank Transfer Fee: Paid by the customer.

Payment Timing: Upon confirmation of payment by noon on weekdays.
Shipping Timing:

  • Weekdays: Payments confirmed by noon (12:00) are shipped the same day. Payments confirmed after noon are shipped the next business day.
    Payments after noon on Friday will be shipped after the weekend.
